As part of Hobson Bay City Council’s Summer by the Sea program, Andrew Wegener, of Australian Wildlife Lectures, and his showcase of native wildlife will be brought to the community through interactive displays at Altona North, Altona and Altona Meadows Libraries from 12 to 16 January 2015. Mobil is proud to support Hobsons Bay City Council in providing this fun and interactive event for the local community, which is aimed at raising people’s awareness of native wildlife.

On 16 December 2015, Mobil conducted an important drill of Altona Refinery’s emergency response procedures in conjunction with the Metropolitan Fire Brigade (MFB), Victoria Police and Hobsons Bay City Council.

Building upon funding provided via the Bright Future Grants, Altona Refinery has formed a successful partnership with local schools and universities though the Young Ambassadors for Industry Program.
